FERIENWOHNUNG-FILDERSTADT in Filderstadt!
We warmly welcome you to our lovely guesthouse. It consists of four individual, stylish flats. It is ideally located in the heart of Filderstadt-Sielmingen, 5 km from Stuttgart Airport, Congress Center and Trade Fairs, Musical as well sa Stuttgart City Center (15 km).
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Public transportation are close by the apartments.
The guesthouse consists of four non-smoking apartments, offering accomodation for up to 21 guests in total (1 x two-room apartments, 2 x three-room apartments and 1x four-room apartment).
Our apartmens are modernly furnished and equipped with:
- private shower/WC
- private, fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction heating, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water heater and dish washer
- flat-screen satellite TV
- free parking in front of the house
- free wireless internet access
- prices include towels and bed sheets/linen

Three-room apartment "Glücksstern" for 3-5 guests
The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a large open living-dining area with bar. There is a private design bathroom with floor-level shower as well as a private fully-equipped kitchen. Besides, there is a private beautiful balcony with morning sun.
Three-room apartment "Himmelsstürmer" for 3-5 guests
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a large private bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as a private fully-equipped kitchen. Besides, there is a private balcony with morning sun.
Two-room apartment "Traumfabrik" for 4-6 guests
The apartment has one separate bedroom and a spacious living-dining area, a private bathroom and a private fully-equipped kitchen.
Four-room apartment "Manhattan" for 3-5 guests
The apartment has three separate bedrooms and a large open living-dining area with private high-standard fully-equipped kitchen. There is a private bathroom as well as an additional separate toilet. Besides, direct access to two private balconies and garden.
